Days At The Morisaki Bookshop by Satoshi Yagisawa (2023)

Translated Japanese fiction is very popular at the moment and this is a great book to curl up with if you’re new to the genre (or already love it). This bestselling book is a tale of love, family and new beginnings; this is a touching story about a young woman who discovers the joy of reading. It’s a beautifully written book, a charming and easy read.

The Wind In The Willows by Kenneth Grahame (1908)

Published in 1908, but I’m still going to recommend it in case you haven’t already read this fantastic story! It’s one of Junior Magazine’s 100 best children’s books of all time, and a favourite of mine!
